She seriously rubbed it in that we had 4 days together and I chose 3' mushburgers over spending belly time with her on a beautiful sunny SoCal December day!

lmao. I had a similar conversation last fall with a long-ago college girlfriend... except in my case it was choosing light-air (SoCal) summer racing over belly time. So it goes.

What ever happened to El Mariachi? Wasn't he the guy who made 4wd locking hubs for International Harvester Scouts and the like. Did he go on a long surf odyssey? I found this nice surf wagon for him and his expeditions.

he didn't make hubs, he made manual transfer case shifters to replace the goofy electric ones.
Pretty simple gizmo really. was called the Shifster.

just for grins I googled Shifster... apparently Rickies customer service isn't quite up to snuff.. a lot of unfulfilled orders ... too bad really. I think there's a market for the device. I'd love to put one on my navigator.
