If his IRS reporting is as shipshape as the rest of his work, probably be best not to rely on the numbers in his Form 990.Google "501c lookup", go to IRS and search name "sea chest foundation" for available records. Sea Chest Foundation is a charity, not an actual foundation, per the IRS determination letter. Years 2018, 19, 20, and 21 sea chest fndtn reported less than 50k donations each year, so less than 200k total reported for those years. Unknown if he declared a piece of equipment or hard supplies donated as a $ donation. Not sure how the sale of hats, shirts, mugs, bilge rats was accounted for. Not sure how the youtube income was accounted for.
