Most spreader bars I've seen stay with the lifting rig. His bone-breakers are attached to the dinghy where they will trip, cut (sharp edges), and trap legs as someone tries to jump out in the surf. Ah, hell, what am I saying, it's used to go to a protected dock in a protected anchorage, it will never see a beach.He made some comment about getting the tender up higher out of the water. Now it looks like some contraption to haul crap out of the tender. All I know is more weight back at the stern seems like a good idea.
