Cheers I noticed on the Comanche crew list Justin Shaffer is listed as Navigator but Will Oxley is also onboard.? Duel navigators perhaps to make the call on being offshore?

It's a Botin 52 purpose built for IRC and offshore sailing as opposed to the TP's which were built for inshore sailing and circuit racing. IB also rates higher than the TP52's so effectively it should be in front of them,

How did Comanche get in front in the lighter conditions? Obviously the breeze picked up but pretty special effort so far from how the race has unfolded given the conditions.

Classic 'Buffalo Girls' strategy when the conventional wisdom is to stay inshore.
