Cheers I noticed on the Comanche crew list Justin Shaffer is listed as Navigator but Will Oxley is also onboard.? Duel navigators perhaps to make the call on being offshore?

because it is not a TP52.....Is there a reason why IB is not in Div 1 with all the other TP52s?
Check out the WS approvals and you will see why!Is there a reason why IB is not in Div 1 with all the other TP52s?
Okay is it a 100 footer!because it is not a TP52.....
Do they get any penalty for their dodgy water ballast or is it free?Chucky said:

It's a Botin 52 purpose built for IRC and offshore sailing as opposed to the TP's which were built for inshore sailing and circuit racing. IB also rates higher than the TP52's so effectively it should be in front of them,
Yeah perhaps it was a TP52 built at the lighter end of the scale RM wise.? Which boat.?There is a higher rating boat in DIV1 so it must be water ballast related??
Protest about what? That means none of the first 4 boats have stopped.
Or getting back to Sydney before the protest gets lodged.
Classic 'Buffalo Girls' strategy when the conventional wisdom is to stay inshore. How did Comanche get in front in the lighter conditions? Obviously the breeze picked up but pretty special effort so far from how the race has unfolded given the conditions.
