On the leeway I'm not sure.. but if current is taken into account it is Ground Wind (what meteo men use). TW is always reference to the water; which may be moving and that is the important factor.That is not correct - true wind includes leeway. TWA is wrt course.
Similarly, most VPPs treat TWA as wrt course.
You have to go back to something like a H2000 for TWA to be wrt heading, although I recollect H3000 tried to correct things eary in its life.
Ground wind is something else.
LOLLL I am watching the leg finish from the Malizia chase boat and they made fun of Nico (all in good heart) saying they aren't showing him because he is "camera-shy" and then he went back inside the boat and they were like "That was Nico going back inside, if you missed him you're out of luck, he's elusive."
