More likely that 11th Hour Racing Team has now cleared all of the South Norway Exclusion Zones and are free where they want to go.
Serious sh*t. I hope they can set an additional stay to keep their spar up.Holcim PRB is in fact having technical issues. On today's Race Report, Kevin stated that "the J3 lock broke" and "the mast is not holding without the J3 even with fractional sails".
The broken J3 halyard lock on Holcim is the same brand as the broken J2 swivel on the last leg. Kevin is not amused.
Does Biotherm use the same brand on the J3? Theirs broke earlier.
No current media from Biotherm. We'll see if they do a technical stop ASAP or press on with the broken shroud.
Umm, nope, not right. As of 1800UTC update they still have 2 more zones to pass, and they are not around the corner yet:More likely that 11th Hour Racing Team has now cleared all of the South Norway Exclusion Zones and are free where they want to go.
edit: Yup, I was right! They have cleared all the TSS Zones and now screaming towards the northern tip of Denmark.
That also puts the start for the next leg in danger.Biotherm wil take 9 days or so to get to Aarhus with 10 kts speed. I am not sure if they have enough food for that. Probably not.
I was speaking about the South Norway TSS Zones you dumbass not the Small Skagen TSS Zones.Umm, nope, not right. As of 1800UTC update they still have 2 more zones to pass, and they are not around the corner yet:

Isn't there one of the boats having two Grinders instead of just one, which means they can use two winches in parallel?
The halyard lock has been replaced with the similar brand according to the video. Kevin gnarls his teeth and I’m pretty sure that at the VG he will have another brand in the mast.Serious sh*t. I hope they can set an additional stay to keep their spar up.
Team Malizia seems to have gained another 10 nm on HPRB in this schedule.
Sorry dumber ass, I was responding to what you wrote:I was speaking about the South Norway TSS Zones you dumbass not the Small Skagen TSS Zones.
Hopefully his shore team will have sourced pieces for the next leg from the same company Boris did for this leg. This really sucks for Holcim PRB, to end up like this for these reasons. The manufacturer and designer should be concerned. The halyard lock has been replaced with the similar brand according to the video.
