I don't see any shapes for restricted in ability to maneuver, though the picture is not great. I have had this intellectual debate with a Commander in the US. Coast Guard, who said "You are right. You will also die." Having said that, look at the wash - that looks like all back full, probably after a left turn. Holcim might have been overtaking.
It's in german waters on a Seeschifffahrtsstraße. Colregs don't apply. Ferry is stand on vessel.

for the ones who know German, here a live ticker with pics and comments:

There is an English translation available. Thanks so much for posting this. The photos of the Kiel Fly By are amazing; so many people (and boats) there.

Nice footage from Kiel!

The rumor regarding Kevin I heard today (and it is not more than a rumor but from a usually well informed source) is, that the „incident“ in Newport was not the first one and that he actually got fired by Holcim/PRB not only for TOR but finally. We may not see him on that splendid boat again.

Sad story and I somehow hope it turnes out good but if the allegations are right, I am absolutely fine with the outcome. It is not so difficult to behave adequatelty.

The cover article in today's Tip and Shaft (I am unable to bring it over) is about this incident; devoid of facts, more or less the same info that has. been reported to date about procedure, etc. Kevin has legal counsel and neither he nor she is saying anything, nor are the other teams, which is appropriate, except for some gratuitous opining from Damien Foxhall "personally" and not on behalf of 11th Hour, about the need for training, reporting procedures, etc. re sexual harassment.

HOLCIM-PRB about 9 Miles behind 11th Hour. They botched the approach to Kiel yesterday morning.

For now I don't see any passing lanes. Looks like 11th Hour has this unless they make a big mistake.

Benjamin Schwartz & Yoann Richomme may have to do what Pascal & Charles did last time in 2018 splitting the Course going atop of the German Islands and then to The Hague.

Gotta roll the dice at some Point!

Clarisse and Holcim-PBR, go Clarisse. Now that would be cool.

Wrong, it's on the behalf of 11thHr as sustainability manager.
