Apparently, you can't tell the National Archives and the FBI to fuck off when they know you have a big stack of classified documents, at least, not for more than 2 years anyway.

But yeah, in America you can aspire to be whatever you want. This has been one of the high ideals of America since long before the USA existed, and we wrote what we could of it into law.

Now, forcing other people to not be something you don't want them to be, because you hate them, that is "not even in America." I suggest you get used to it, or move the fuck out.

Earlier this week the authors released an updated version that specifically defines "the health, safety, and welfare" of a child to include "a parent's affirmation of the child's gender identity"—a change that the bill's opponents worry will open the door to non-affirmation being treated as abuse.
