The quote regarding murders is made by a Zimbabwe journalist who points out that the suspended accounts were ghost accounts the government was using to threaten and indirectly kill journalists.

There is no talk of mass murder. The axios article is very specific in who musk is going to hurt. The substack trash is something no reputable outlet would post because of its ridiculous hyperbole and borderline dishonesty.
