More bullshit. You are free to say anything you want and repeat anything you want. You aren’t free to duck responsibility. If you don’t like it, don’t spread the hate.By now it should be clear to everyone with a brain that the stochastic terrorism charge is simply a thinly veiled attempt to stifle free speech.
No, My link is to a substack article which is a perfectly acceptable source when Heather Cox Richardson writes in it and when Glen Greenwald writes in it.
Yup. Just like the days when Regatta Dog was here bitching about black guys being able to say “nigger” but he couldn’t. He had great difficulty with the concept of freedom of speech vs. freedom from consequences. It wasn’t just unfair. It was SO Unfair.Because "Free Speech!" ought to mean freedom from consequences of ones' speech... say for example, spreading harmful lies about a person or a group of people is actionable in US law. It doesn't seem to be happening often enough; last time one of the hate-spew bullshitter was held to account, he just shrugged and said "only an idiot would take what I say seriously, I'm just an entertainer."
There you go again, confusing freedom of speech with freedom from consequence. There's still you and Sol.
