I'm surprised so many seemingly sensible people are so dismissive about concerns raised at what is happening in the Trans movement at the moment.
Maybe it's because they just haven't done any research on what the consequences of sucking kids into the movement are; and just how much 'sucking in' is an entirely appropriate description.
It is this realisation that is changing the approach in the UK and other European countries.

Just think for a moment about some of the realities

• There is no statistical or medically valid evidence that affirming care is the best approach, whatever proponents say. What is happening are medical experiments of the most criminal type.
• From the moment medical intervention is started, significant medical damage is being done to the victims
• It has long been know that human brains are not fully formed and capable of high level decision making until 25 (I think it's 21 in the case of biological females). That is science. The idea that a prepubescent child can make such a life changing, fully informed decision is beyond a joke.
• Puberty blockers cause harm. They are not a harmless waiting drug. They result in loss of bone density, sterility and other adverse medical side effects. Plus puberty itself is an important phase of brain development, reinforcing the inability of prepubescent children to make such decisions.
• The horrific surgical procedures that constitute surgical transition will leave victims devoid of the most sensitive sexual organs, unable experience orgasm, unable to bear or nurture children, probably unable to attract a life partner other than one similarly mutilated.
• They are then left having to take for the rest of their life body damaging drugs to maintain their adopted gender.

To compound this criminality, the evidence is slowly accumulating that, especially for early interventions, the boys captured within the net are probably just future gay men if they were allowed to develop and many of the girls are on the spectrum, dealing with the social isolation and awkwardness that flows from that or subject to the same social contamination that brought about the Salem witch trials - especially in this time of social media.

And yet, many progressive states have criminal statute barriers to a proper mental health evaluation of a child because they deem it to be "conversation therapy".

All of this is in gross breach of the Nuremberg Code on medical experiments, and the legislation that many states have in reinforcing those principles - often with enhanced operation.

And yet people who, by the way they dismiss any objectors, clearly regard themselves as having superior empathy and intelligence, defend what is happening, acting as enablers of the whole process. Is it just because they restrict their sources of information to sources that only reinforce their own thought process or are they, to use an expression the Communists used in relation to Westerners who betrayed or undermined their own societies, the useful fools of this criminal cultist movement.
