Dysphoria is not a serious mental illness. It's just a state of unhappiness. Kinda like kids feel going to school fearing a maniac with an assault weapon is going to shoot them. I in fact despise religion in any form and those Right wing nut jobs. What I do believe in is evolution and the teaching of Chucky Darwin. The weakest in the heard and those with abnormalities are either taken by predators or rendered unlikely to breed. I do not hate, fear or loath trans people in anyway. I simply pity them. It is an abnormality that most certainly should be tolerated, but not celebrated or encouraged.

There's more than one study out there that is seeming to find that gender dysphoria actually is supported by evolution - as more "women" in a family increases the odds of reproductive success for the genes of that family. This would explain the pretty standard incidence of gender dysphoria across cultures, even in cultures where it's heavily penalized, like say Russia.

for someone who claims to believe in evolution, you certainly deny the tenets of evolution.
