Agreed. They are more properly termed “women’s rights” or just “human rights”

We will expect you to be using the proper terms in the future.
Abortion is a medical procedure not a right!
The question is whether it is morally right, dismembering a living fetus.
My position is the same as Bill Clinton’s

This is the only position I've seen of yours that I disagree with. On this, I'm not an absolutist. That's a digression though.

I don't see a government interest here. Women are really good judges, imperfect as we all are, of what's right. In actual fact, there isn't a competitive sport where women try to get as far into 8 months and then have an abortion just for the fun of it. That is a right wing fantasy.

Consequently, I think there doesn't need to be a law here and judging from the Dobbs decision, I see the attempts at this as Social Conservative nonsense. It reminds me of separate but equal, three fifths and other conservative monstrosities.

BTW, they don't even want birth control covered by health insurance because, you know, sky faerie.

Agreed there should be a limit and it's a moral thing. I lean toward basing a limit on viability, but of course with medical advancement that is getting progressively earlier. Twelve weeks is only 2 inches crown-to-rump.
And PLENTY of time to know if you are pregnant and not wanting a child

Not sure about that, but awareness is certainly a factor that should be considered.
If you are a women and having unprotected sex and you stop having your periods that is a big clue. Over the counter tests are readily available and if you can’t afford the kit there are county health clinics and women centers .

Are you sure you want someone, that is not aware enough to follow the good advice you gave above, to raise a child?
