I don't know if there is enough DNA to make a match; the niece wouldn't be enough to make a charge stick. It would only show that it was from the same family.

A pardon does not get submitted to the POTUS until it has been thoroughly vetted and approved for the president’s consideration by part of the DOJ

You are on quite the roll today. How much time did DOJ spend on Roger Stone's pardon? Recall that he received it just days before scheduled to report to prison. Don't be such an idiot.
Edit: the 'typical' process is that DOJ reviews and makes a non-binding recommendation. I'm sure Trump had Meadows or another staffer call DOJ and tell them to send whatever form(s) were necessary to pardon Stone. Also, pardons are not usually granted without that person serving at least a portion of their sentence. Trump was known for not following 'typical' processes.
If you are naive to the point of thinking the DOJ made a recommendation to Trump to pardon Stone, than you need to let Santa know what you want for xmas.

Yes, you'd like to declare women who decide to end pregnancies "irresponsible" while not understanding birth control, not caring that nonviable pregnancies can threaten the life of the mother, and not understanding how pregnancies may not be recognized by women in many circumstances in a timely fashion.
Your so-called morality is just ignorance feeding self righteousness.
Your moral offense is greater because women live these issues and are at peril either way, doctors work and study to justify their decisions, while you're just arrogant.
