MTG is busy making herself respectable. She’s settle for a cabinet level position. Homeland Defense or Sec Treasury if Santos doesn’t want it.

Now who can argue with that?

A far-right project that has helped spread Donald Trump’s false claims about voting fraud in 2020, and misinformation about Covid vaccines, is trying to expand its mission, while facing new criticism from scholars and religious leaders about its incendiary political and Christian nationalist messages.

ReAwaken America, a project of Oklahoma-based entrepreneur Clay Clark, has hosted numerous revival-style political events across the US after receiving tens of thousands of dollars in initial funds in 2021 from millionaire Patrick Byrne, and become a key vehicle for pushing election denialism and falsehoods about Covid vaccines.

ReAwaken America also boasts close ties to retired Lt Gen Michael Flynn, who in December 2020 met with Trump, Byrne and others at the White House to plot ways to reverse Trump’s election loss. The meeting happened shortly after Trump pardoned Flynn, who was convicted for lying to the FBI about his contacts with the Russian ambassador prior to serving briefly as Trump’s national security adviser.

Uh-oh,

ource: CNN Politics

CNN — Two people who found two classified documents in a Florida storage facility for Donald Trump have testified before a federal grand jury in Washington that’s looking at the former president’s handling of national security records at his Mar-a-Lago residence, according to sources familiar with the investigation.

The two individuals who were hired to search four of Trump’s properties last fall were each interviewed for about three hours in separate appearances last week. They were hired to search Trump’s Bedminster golf club, Trump Tower in New York, an office location in Florida and a storage unit in Florida last October, months after the FBI executed a search warrant at Mar-a-Lago.

The extent of information they offered the grand jury remains unclear, though they didn’t decline to answer any questions, one of the sources said. The development comes at the same time federal prosecutors are pushing to look at files on a laptop of at least one staff member around Trump at Mar-a-Lago, according to multiple sources.

At times, the special counsel’s office has been unwilling to negotiate with defense attorneys over recent subpoenas, leading to tense conversations. By pushing for access to computers, investigators are trying to determine if there is an electronic paper trail regarding the classified documents, another source said.

Why do the defense attorneys want to negotiate? What is there a need for negotiation when their client is an innocent man? Come in, tell the truth, and go home a free and unconcerned man, right? Unless…

Defense wants the beat possible outcome for their client. When odds look bad, they want the best deal if jail is a possibility.

When Trump's position is that he should get back all his precious I'm pretty sure there isn't a lot of wiggle room.
It seems like everyone is in on retaining secrets. They just nabbed a retired Lt Col with 100s I'm beginning to see how countries like China are able to keep up with us in new developments.

Troye told MSNBC’s Jonathan Capehart that “unfortunately for [Greene], honestly, Donald Trump is a shallow human being.”

“And I don’t think she’s gonna meet the looks match for him,” Troye said. “I hate to say that to disparage another female, but we know how shallow this man is.”

Troye also told Capehart that the Republicans who are being “elevated and empowered are the crazies” in the party.

“You have a lot of folks who are just wishing for [Trump’s] mortal demise,” former Rep. Peter Meijer (R-Mich.) told Coppins, according to his report in The Atlantic. “I want to be clear: I’m not in that camp. But I’ve heard from a lot of people who will go onstage and put on the red hat, and then give me a call the next day and say, ‘I can’t wait until this guy dies.’”

Asked about that on CNN, Coppins said it’s not the only time he heard that sentiment.

“I was taken aback by how often I heard this,” he said. “I thought it was kind of a morbid, dark joke at first. But I heard it so often that it started to become clear that this was actually what a lot of Republicans believe and it just speaks to the desperation in the party.”
