In this video he is criticizing the left of race baiting. Do you have examples of him committing crimes?

Inciting someone to commit a crime is a very specific offense that usually requires someone telling someone to commit an office in a very imminent way.

So, for example, for Trump to have "incited an insurrection," he would have to have said something like "I want everyone to break into the capitol and take over the government right now."

But, instead he said "remain peaceful," so that sort of puts a wrench in a prospective case.
