Long before that, the decision to invade Ukraine was not a spur of the moment but planned (badly) years before that. Early 2020 seems about right. Around that time Ukraine tried to amend Minsk and Russia refused.And any possibility of that policy becoming something concrete went out the window once Russia invaded, didn't it?
On the far left and far right the argument that Ukraine should have done more for peace is used for stopping support. And though for some it is evident, there is no evidence.
That is why it matters to me.
