Bases on the (astounding lack of) intelligence displayed in this thread versus several rational comments apparently by Slugz posted on other threads regarding sailing matters, it is obvious that this version of Slugz is the real (astoundingly stupid) deal and the other comments are just cludged together by some AI bot with access only to Sail magazine.

Just to help the poor boy out with a few more clicks.

I very seriously doubt he's ever seen saltwater, let alone gone sailing on his own.

It doesn't take much to find out his name and location.

Very clever people sometimes have very bad ideas, look at how Steve Jobs went in quackery instead of oncology when he got cancer. Wilhelm Reich was another smart guy who got into big trouble, because of his stupid ideas.

Yep, Russia did send a cluster bomb into a city behind the front again... 3 dead.
Zaporizhzhia...

List of crimes against humanity is growing and growing. Fucking Russia. Good to see they are upset with the ICC warrant and sanctions. The sanctions will probably not be lifted before Putin is arrested and delivered in The Hague. The list of persons sanctioned in the EU is getting longer and longer. Goodbye EU trips...

This morning's news had a reporter in Poland showing a long train of military supplies including self-propelled artillery, APCs, and what looked to me like mobile AA launchers... the reporter called them all "tanks"... on it's way into UKR.

I read the original article about troops who would not fire their guns because they were afraid of the loud noises and ran off whenever they saw a Russian.
I figured it was:
A - some silly Russian propaganda
or....
B - a clever Ukrainian ploy to make the Russians think they are out of effective troops

Seeing as how the Russians gain a few yards every now and again by sacrificing their troops in suicide attacks, the Ukrainians obviously do shoot their guns

I hope the broadcast was delayed a day, to allow unloading without Russian interference.

I'm thinking it would be great publicity for the US contribution, if the US contributed some of the A-10s that are due to be scrapped. Even if the UDF never used them in combat (and I know there are sound reasons not to!), F-10 fanboys would all be giving kudos to Biden.

It's just as Churchill and King George VI being photographed on a range with a Thompson SMG was good PR for Lend-Lease, despite the fact that a few thousand SMGs were not going to win the war.

The depleted uranium slugs might be an issue, otherwise quite agree on giving Ukraine dibs on most anything going into our scrap piles. LCS as throw away vessels to interdict arms shipments from Iran or N. Korea, A10, amphibious vessels as barrack ship or portable administration vessels in recovery, whatever. We all know a modern war wouldn’t last long enough for the slow US dockyards to clean off the cosmolene. Let the stuff go to a good cause.

Did the polish reporter inform you of the trainloads of refrigerated Ukrainian corpse parked on the polish Ukraine border ….photos suggest they hold about 30,000

Do your sources explain why the Ukrainians want to store them there?

Seriously Slugghead, do you have a brain?

if they wanted to “hide war dead”, which I guess you are implying, why in trains near the border. Ukraine is a big country and there is plenty of places to discreetly burry them.

Clearly you have no brain.
