The heads of the air forces of Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Norway have signed an agreement to operate their combined 250 fighter jets as one joint force.
--------
Nice, headache for Russia. They control the airspace near St Petersburg and Moermansk. Two important naval and commercial ports. Even Kalingrad.
The 250 fighter jets is around half the number of the Russian total number of fighter and multi role jets left.

It will be interesting to track this down as it smells of a campaign.

This is the first post [in English] of this story on Twitter, posted around 10pm Eastern [U.S.] time yesterday (about 1800 GMT). There are currently 22 nearly-identical posts since.

A reverse image source with tineye turns up nothing. Format seems wrong for a Ukraine license plate, The casually-dressed man is facing away from the camera. All the pictures I’ve found of Pyshniy show him with longer hair and in a suit. It does appear to be the front of the Ukraine Central Bank but the parking lines are now different.

Why is this kind of disinfo interesting ? This kind of lies have been posted for a year...or in some places since 2014.
Because fringe media in the U.S. will take it as evidence of Ukrainian corruption. Russian information campaigns often seek to reinforce and exaggerate the existing beliefs of the target.

Examples that resonate with Right and Left wing groups in the U.S.

Examples:

”Sending money to Ukraine is a money-laundering scheme.”

“The U.S. is only supporting Ukrainians because they are white, at the expense of Americans of color.”

Feel free to list the Left fringe media and/or groups. Bonus: list all the propaganda they publish. I will be happy to wait. Hint: your examples are used by the Right groups.

Although I agree with you, I find it sad you want to defend the extreme fringe from either side.

Here's some pinkos who repeat the same Russian propaganda that folks like Alex Jones are into. Somehow I don't think the Russians believe their own line on Azov Battalion-because they released even the leader of Azov.

And completely misses the point about current Russian influence campaigns.

Vexler is a Russian-born Philosopher who moved to the UK. Russian propaganda is far more subtle and effective than the old Soviet approach. They don't care what we are arguing about amongst ourselves - as long as we argue.
