I suspect they may have under-emphasized the ammo aspect of this. The Russians made somewhere between 80 and 100 thousand of those tanks and put the D10 series cannons in more than that, they must have made at least 100 thousand of the things. Some nations even still use them.

Huge explosion happened near Russian Tula, 400 km from Ukraine According to the Russian telegram channel Baza, the explosion caused a huge crater up to 8 meters deep and up to 15 meters in diameter. Within 500 meters, windows were broken, wounding two.
Ukraine has no drone or missile nothing that can do that AFAIK, the crater is to big for a drone and to far away for whatever UKr has. Russian plane dropping a bomb by accident?

The Ukrainians have some TU-141s, which some sources say was what they hit Engles with and damaged a couple TU-95s awhile back. It's a big bird that can carry a pretty big warhead. Considering these old bird's operational history it could have been either side's though. Lots of problems. Can't know for sure determine what the Russians were aiming at by what was hit.

The TU came not further then Engels airbase so far. Actiradius is stated as 1000km but without explosives. This point what was hit was more in km then Engels.
