There are a number of russian sources saying that (e.g. see below). But its not confirmed. Interesting timing just after Ukr said they had developed a 1000km drone. Was that a re-working of a TU-141? Or something new? Or was it not a TU-141 that hit the airfields.Where did you find that reported please?
Not sure where, but I thought I had seen later analysis that the explosion of that one was fuel only. But I may be wrong. It seems Tu-141s have been up and around, carrying a warhead and possibly lost. From March 2022. UKR denied responsibility.

Military drone from Ukraine war crashes into Croatian capital Zagreb
‘Pilotless military aircraft’ crosses Hungary into Croatia triggering loud blast but no injuries reportedwww.theguardian.com
jfyi . . . reporting is "strikes were made with the help of special forces close to the base who helped guide the drones to the target, said the official, speaking on condition of anonymity to convey sensitive information." (NYT)previously argued that the airfields would not be worth targeting when we were talking about using missiles because the real time target info would not be available . But if they can really hit them with long range drones then they supply their own target info so that changes that equation.
How far down the rabbit hole have the internet couch warriors gone?
From 1945 to 2022 the idea that US backed forces would launch missiles at a nuclear base deep inside Russia would simply be madness. Now its OK?
Well the west complains when poor defenceless civilians are targeted. And russian armed forces are poor, and their air bases seem to be defenceless. So ...It's OK when Russia invades it' neighbor, starting a major war.
Are you suggesting that countries who attack and invade their neighbors should be held totally safe from attack, themselves? Even their armed forces?

It certainly wasn't a TU-141 out of the box, because that was a recon drone with no warhead. So still needed decent engineering (75kg is a lot of weight to add). The Ukrainians have proved themselves very good at adaptation and invention in this conflict. So any of those options is possible.
And Ru air defence commanders should stay on the ground floor for a while
e.g.
they’ve copied the laser cannons off the millennium falcon . I don’t think chewbaccarov would fit back there though
Now suggestions it wasn't a TU-142, but something else. Same question arises I guess.Could you swap out the avionics and camera gear out of a Bayraktar into this ? makes sense if you have a bunch of rocket powered airframes hanging about
