There are a number of russian sources saying that (e.g. see below). But its not confirmed. Interesting timing just after Ukr said they had developed a 1000km drone. Was that a re-working of a TU-141? Or something new? Or was it not a TU-141 that hit the airfields.
It certainly wasn't a TU-141 out of the box, because that was a recon drone with no warhead. So still needed decent engineering (75kg is a lot of weight to add). The Ukrainians have proved themselves very good at adaptation and invention in this conflict. So any of those options is possible.
And Ru air defence commanders should stay on the ground floor for a while

Now suggestions it wasn't a TU-142, but something else. Same question arises I guess.
Camera gear could be swapped over, but it may have been GPS guided and luckily hit aircraft, or been locally guided at end, but in either case camera gear wouldn't be needed.
Avionics would not be a straight swap as the flight control parameters would be different. Possibly to modify them if you have access, which I doubt Ukrainians do to bayraktar stuff (and would mean sacrificing a bayraktar)
Ukraine have the technology to develop their own, or they might have just taken weight out of TU-141/143 or whatever it was to permit the warhead. Though even that is likely to require changes as the c of g or weight distribution will have changed. But as I say, Ukraine have those skills and are demonstrating them
Saw a Pentagon briefing today where the guy was questioned about reactions to the attacks inside Russia. He basically said that if it happened it was not US weaponry, but that the US weapons supply has and will continue to evolve to help UKR's needs as required. Did not rule out anything. Asked again about if the US would help even an effort to drive RU out of Crimea, he maintained that this is up to UKR to decide...
