Do you even read history or are you just another empire simp parroting propaganda?
You've got some way to go before you can reach the level of irony fail of RU state TV, but you are trying, I'll give you that.

Yes I read history, I have a couple of hundred history books on my shelves. Now they are mostly about periods before the end of the USSR, but I also read more contemporary stuff.

Lets get more up to date still. Did you notice how many countries voted for and against Russia in UN votes condemning the invasion?

Are you saying that the government's of 141 countries have no sense of history either?
Whereas you got Belarus (in Putin's pocket); NK (pariah state), Eritrea and Syria (terrorist state). When the whole world is against you, chances are you are in the wrong

How is Ukraine getting on in Bakhmut?
I hope they are repulsing the repulsive Wagner group.
Reports of large artillery barrages ATM, based on the limited and questionable information available. Unclear if these are coming from the UA or RF, or both. So far, the RF do not control Bakhmut. The RF seem to be trying to encircle it, but their salients keep getting pushed back.

Wagner seems to have picked Bakhmut as its hill to die on. Why, no-one seems to know. It doesn't have much strategic importance. The speculation is that Wagner will receive a large financial reward for capturing Bakhmut.

Educated people usually dont resort to calling people with different opinions trolls and comparing them with propaganda channels. Its called Ad Hominem, a distraction in other words. You assume I am on the side of Russia because I simply dont agree with the MSM propaganda. Asserting opinions is not the same as fighting in a trench, gainsaying the other is pointless- its like 2 year olds. I guess "anarchy" means quite conservative thought.

So instead of countering with an argument that could go somewhere you repeatedly perform like a trained monkey for your group. If you read history then you will understand a bit about Kievan Rus and Russian identity and just how complex this is, let alone the great power interests. Do you really think that this conflict happened overnight and the Putin rolled out of bed and said lets conquer Ukraine?

My thoughts are and have been with the people suffering but it was all completely unnecessary. Putin is who attacked, and it was unprovoked since he could instead have chosen to be a member in the modern community of nations instead.

As for the 'liberal' and 'woke' you love to sprinkle into your arguments, well you and Tucker can just go STFU on that part too. The people of Ukraine need help to protect against these atrocities.

What is Russia's military strategy?

The official military doctrine of the Russian Federation does not mention Ukraine, Donbass or Crimea. But read between the lines.

The section "Main External Military Dangers" refers, among other things, to neighboring states. They, according to the doctrine, threaten Russia in the following six cases:

1. If they deploy foreign troops on their territories and waters.

2. They have territorial claims to the Russian Federation.

3. If a war is being waged on the territory of a neighboring country. Moreover, it is not specified whether this is an external or internal conflict.

4. If armed radical groups or foreign PMCs operate in the adjacent territory.

5. The establishment of regimes in neighboring states whose policies threaten the interests of the Russian Federation (including as a result of the overthrow of legitimate authorities).

6. Subversive activities of special services of other states against Russia.

Ukraine falls under all six factors. NATO exercises are regularly held on its territory, Kyiv is demanding that Moscow return Crimea, a war is raging in the Donbass, radical groups are operating throughout the country, and Ukrainian special services are acting against Russia.

Well for one thing - I don't believe a Wagner Group death is included in the official Russian body count - just one less body on the Wagner payroll. Makes things look less bad back home for Putin.

Then you should be pissed as hell about the invasion. You seem to think however that the Ukranians should have welcomed Russia (and the mass relocations to follow) with roses.

So, a sovereign state decides to be independent and because of that, must give up territory after territory and eventually it's sovereignty? Not sure if you noticed, but if Russia annexes all of Ukraine, does that then give them the right to invade all the countries on Ukraine's borders?

No.
We assume you are on the side of Russia because you parrot Russian propaganda, much of which is not just false but ridiculous.

Why do you assume that everyone who is against Russia is liberal?

For that matter, why do you assume everybody who is liberal is an idiot?

As I keep saying in regard to international relations might is right and democracy does not exist.
I am a slav bratko
Братко, We are well aware that Russia understands the importance of propaganda and social media. However you are meant to try and stay incognito. Occasionally you cannot help but show your true colors.

You assume I am on the side of Russia
Bro, It is more than an assumption! It is pretty much a dead certainty.

My thoughts are with the people suffering

The clear sign of Russian propaganda on social media is that there is a concerted effort to try and divide US opinions on Ukraine by creating a myth that liberals support Ukraine and conservatives oppose supporting Ukraine and that somehow (giggle), it is unpatriotic and unAmerican to support democracy in Ukraine. We see you!
