The big flow on the 4th looks like a compensation system.
When a dam is constructed across a river valley, an outlet pipe, usually in a tunnel, must be provided from the reservoir to allow some water to continue to flow in the river downstream. Agreed and that's an area that once again the Ukrainians will have a HUGE advantage courtesy of the yanks.
Also, don't forget about OSINT, which will be playing a big part also.
Yes, some parts of Ukraine will have collaborators, but most of the occupied areas will have more willing contributors to Ukrainian OSINT than the Russians.
