It works specifically because the battlefield has been prepared by the unholy partnership between the GOP, Rupert Murdoch, and Jesus systematically attacking education, knowledge and expertise as 'those elites' that began in the 80s. Same formula been used for a thousand years, we've watched it unfold in places like Russia and Hungary and Brazil before our eyes.

1. appeal to the very religious, who are always society's least intelligent, most malleable people, by telling them their stupidity is a virtue.
2. add fear of the unknown to bait in those who are more intelligent, but also more fearful, insecure, and angry.
3. add fear and hatred of physically different people to bait in the racists who may know better but don't care;
4. add fear and hatred of 'someone gonna do something to the children' to bait in parents who may know better but are overwhelmed with paranoia for their kids;

Mix it all up and you have an army of dumb, angry people who will believe any fucking thing you tell them. If that army is big and angry enough, you win.

Don't forget to worsen living conditions for most people to get more scared and angry people.

Well I hope he is wrong in this case this but that guy follows developments in extremely great detail, every day, and so I doubt he is wrong. I will continue to watch his reports; and continue my (small) monthly PayPal donations for his knowledge and effort.

Am sure some future efforts by UKR will have better success; this one did look disastrous.

You once posted that Denys was making $30K/mo and so I looked into it on Patreon but I forget what the exact numbers were. And I actually don't care, my contribution to him and many other YTers is only $5/mo. I pay more for more real sources, reputable newspapers and such who have staff to pay.

The video Denys showed today, that he was so disappointed about in a very honest way, looked pretty devasting for UKR. If you have a better link to what happened, am perfectly happy to consider that too.

This 'counter offensive' is likely to be horribly bloody for both sides. The whole thing sucks!

From where he gets his info, Ukr MOD twitter, Deepstate website/twitter, ISW and sometime UK MOD. Sometimes Rybar, Wagner etc to check claims.
Dervish has a video link of a guy who does the same, but more grounded and not into clickbaits. A lot of youtubers all use the same info. It is how you bring it.

After the last Denys conversation here I looked around for Youtubers, Patreons etc and their income. Rarely someone talks about it. The income often was huge, often 100K a year for simple channels, so much that some even hire assistants to do the work.
But denys is in Ukr nd spending his money there, so no problem. But he needs to use clickbait to keep interest going.

Losing one tank, even a leopard, while your adversary lost 10, including more modern ones, is not devastating.

You have a tendency to over react, from the missile barage (whole Ukr will be blown up), the fall of Sverodontesk, Bahkmut (Russian army would march all the way after capturing them), Transistria and Odesa would fall (just because Russia would want that it would happen). Etc.

I get more info on a closed chat group were civilian intel guys gathered after youtubers etc used their content without reference, often twisting their words into misinformation.
