No but every hospital has one or more as do most immediate care centers. 
There are 75 million CT scans per year in the US.  The equipment and techs are already in place.  Like I said in the other thread. You are completely clueless.

This is good news. After 5 years we’ll have been able to test everyone for the low, low cost of  of approximately $350B.  Of course all those people waiti;g on CAT scans for say BRAIN INJURIES will just have to wait

You’re making things up now. Ventilators are a critical shortage. There is a government stockpile, but if this virus is as bad as they say you’ll end up wishing they had more when you need one. In any event, masks are a problem as well, the public are hoarding them and it is affecting supply and price. Just today, the CDC pleaded with the public to stop buying masks.

Then there is the little problem with rural areas, cities are fairly well prepared, the country is not, they will lack services of all types. This will not get better, the pressure is on everyone to succeed, but with people like Trump in charge, everyone will do more poorly than necessary.
