Ahh so much to laugh at...news flash: you're not on the Committee no one wanted you in the loop.
What's funny is that you and Fries have your heads stuck so far up each others assholes, that you guys look like a big tractor tire rolling down the road, the only issue is that when you hit the pavement it's like thump, thump, thump sound.

knowing all involved I too feel sad about this. They need a sit down with pitman 260 as a moderator. Maybe there is some way to make this all work.

Whatever makes you happy I guess...

I get it that your ego can not take being purposely excluded from this refit but it's time to take your ball and go home. There's nothing to see here, all the facts about the boy were presented to the committees and as I pointed out earlier you aren't on any of them.
Don't really give a flying fuck about your cheating refit.

No need for me to take my ball and go home, understand that's what Fries told the PHRF comm, "If you change my rating I won't sail here" Lollipop right in the sand!

I guess the appeal was dropped because you guys didn't have the facts correct. 114 and suck it up!

They were only presented to the committee when they call him back in for month 3.

Next time you modify a boat report it correctly the first time so I don't have too.

Happy Thanksgiving, Don't choke on a keel bolt.

So after all this hustler/ex Hustler fighting what was learned?

Are keel, rudder and mast original or at least exact replacements of as built configuration?

I wouldn't call them exact replacements, if they came off a sistership to Cowboy, later design.

The old keel looks like something of a J29 maybe even longer a the cord length and the replacement a much shorter cord length, to where 2 keel bolt holes needed to be filled and elliptical.

I will email you some pictures for your viewing.

But I'm the bad guy :D

What else would a bad guy do?

"they came off a sistership to Cowboy, later design."

Wrong again, not a later design Cowboy & the other boat you are mentioning were of the same design & came off the same male mold.

I would love to have a keel equal to the one that was on Cowboy as it has a bulb on it, mine does not.

For someone who is so hellbent on facts you seem to ignore them all to often.

Like the fact that in the document sent to all the various PHRF committees the specs of the keel were listed: shape, weight & draft.

You are only the bad guy because you're ignoring facts repeatedly in an effort to paint a picture that is not true.

There are lots of photos & information here about the boat and many of the other Andrews 30's. Feel free to stop by and have a look.

Now I see what the fight is about. Pretty big difference between keels. Looks like PHRF committee missed this or was very generous. What would boat rate with original keel? It was a champion MORC boat so why change?

Curious how you could say they were generous, do you have the actual stats on the boat to compare it to other boats in it's rating band?

Neither the keel nor the floor of the boat were in very good shape being 34 years old & on top of that having made a cost-coast trip, we were given this keel for free and decided to use it.

The specs of it are listed on all the documents submitted.

Also from our FB page (where the keel photos above came from) a photo of the condition of the floor, note the level of rust. This was from the keel bolts themselves & old plates corroding.

From what I was told by a PHRF comm member, the full DETAILS were not given to them the fist time, hence the name of the boat Details.

It looks like a full FB page was crated to combat me.

If I don't have my fact straight I was lied to by the PHRF comm and the owner of the boat shop the work was done at.

If everything was done on he up add and up, then why would you have been looking for a driver for the 3rd race to throw the race?

Why would you have called the owner of the boat shop and tell him that if something goes down, he has to take the fall for it?

Not sure why you choose to go down the road on modifying all the boats you own, your a good sailor and make fast sails why not prove yourself that way, like the rest of us have and do.
