How is it not a "true" championship? I know for a fact that some of the people who have won CofC have NEVER sailed the designated boat and won..so??
I guess if you don't get it, you don't get it

would you prepare for a true championship by.....

flying in the day before to sail in a place you have never seen before on a boat you have never seen before?

Ive done it.... not a problem in my eyes. Like I said before , its called talent.

1120 - Stand by while the crews transfer boats and set up for race 11

1117 - Race 10 prelim finish Dieball comes from behind to take the win followed by Peck, Raab, Ingram, Cayard, Fisher, Paine, & Terhune. Paine edged out Terhune at the pin by a half boat.

1110 - Leeward rounding the top 2 Peck and Dieball had a nice lead on the pack. Leading the pack is Ingram, Raab at the left gate and Cayard, Fisher, Terhune at the right.

1104 - Leaders are 3/4 of the way down and approaching the leeward mark.

1100 - Low hanging clouds continue over the course during the downwind leg with air temp at 44° and an occasional mist..

The left's been favored a lot today, maybe they should straighten up the line?

1202 - Several equipment problems and failures have challenged the fleet but we hope to have those corrected before heading back out.
