That wall at around 50 knots may be unrelated to your boat. It's just a wall. Powerboaters notoriously misoverestimate the speed of their craft, but if you actually clock them, you find that exceeding 50 knots is not all that easy. The answer is generally the same as in other speed contests: more power and less weight....Funny that we have tried around 6 different foils of wildly different shapes and sizes on two boat... and always seem to hit the same speed. Need to work this one out!
