Added to my list. I’ll shoot for an update on my group today at 0:00 UTC. Currently at Disney with the family so online sailboat racing isn’t exactly my wife’s idea of good use of my time.

Worth noting that ZEZO can forget your previously checked Foils and Extra Pack (hadn't cleared cookies etc).

Anyone else farming cards for credits in the other games? I've been doing it but intentionally going slow/running aground/sailing to Newport so when the race ends or I finish I can convert the cards to credits. Does anyone know if there is a factor or something that decreases the value of the cards the longer you are out there?

Yes, though I wouldn't say I'm intentionally going slow. I'm just not really paying attention to the other races...just grabbing all my cards from each race at the same time.

Zezo is rather lacking in confidence whether hugging Africa or going west is the correct option, but recently seems to be slightly favouring the western option.

Doesn't look good in the standings being out west - doubt Mom has ever seen such a big number :lol:Surprised it appears the majority of folk are going down the African coast. Thought west would be more appealing.
Then again Mom has joined us folk out west so maybe we will get more company soon.

As for the race, I am conflicted..I don't like the coast, but I also don't know if it is worth the extra distance to go too far west. I'll probably end up playing the middle which is always a lose-lose.

You'll get 5 credits per card when you finish (remember to click the "get" button after finishing), so it takes a ton of farming to be worthwhile. You'll also get a finish bonus that depends on how well you finish (so click two different "get" buttons).
But... you need to finish before they close the race. If they close it while you're still at sea, you'll get nada. And they haven't been announcing the closure date. So don't kill yourself farming cards and then lose your crop by failing to finish at all.

I've seen some huge numbers. In the last VOR, I went to Antarctica in on of the southern ocean legs, and I was further from the finish a week into it than when I started... but... that wound up being my first ever top 50 finish. No need to worry about rankings before the final approach.
Regarding the routings... it all depends on where you're routing to. I'm currently routing to the middle of the South Atlantic, not Cape Town. I don't want to spend the last week of this race going upwind.
