What’s your weirdest modification?

Got thinking of some of the more… creative mods my family has done over the years.

Here’s one: at one point the BI40 had a custom centerboard that could not fully retract because it was too long for the trunk. 11 foot draft extended. Worked well.

Would love to hear some other attempts to go faster that either worked or didn’t work.

For a customer, C&C 32, custom windlass shelf (locker lid cut in half) + Selden top down on sprit. The anchor is being changed for a Vulcan for obvious reasons

First steampunk prod I ever seen ! It’s doing a good job of peeling the deck off the hull . They will have a new hatch into the anchor well soon
