a pair of foils for a sailing boat of the catamaran variety. most probably a modern version of the type due to the precision manufacture displayed in the picture posted by the editor of sailing anarchy

and in completing this answer would like to say they are a couple of black scythes.

Carbon, foils, for a trimaran arma's (outside hulls), can be raised or lowered in a box fitted in the hull

they act as a centre board as well as create lift to the hull over a certain speed

 
this seem to be the long ago anounced curved boards for the "new" bimare a-class v1r, which is now build in honecomb.

the boards have a changing curvature along the span to optimise the lift...
