I was an early riser, and rose earlier then usual on 8 November 2000 to play some ember Trio, then shared this uplifting with some like minded friends.

I was an early riser due to almost 50 years of rising in the early AM. A few acupuncture sessions cured that habit, resulting mostly in my sleeping in like normal people - I say mostly because still there are some days where I go to bed early and rise early - because one thing that will never change with me is that it still feels right to get up before the sun comes up.
