Probably a prototype 5.5 or 6 metre. The interesting part is the mono-mast, reminds me of the test bed J/90 Hall spars had (Redbird).

Was named Blackwing - not Redbird.

Yep, GS is the winner. Interesting boat, sort of halfway between a 6 meter and one of those sit-in singlehand 2.4 meter boats, but with a chine that goes all the way forward to accommodate the dreadnaught bow. Displacement is 800 kg on a ~16' waterline. I don't think that is very conducive to an assymetric spinnaker, at least for vmg downwind. The assymetric does make it convenient for shorthanded sailing though.
