What is this small cruiser?

This boat has been around a while but cannot figure out what it is. Very well set up, all the stuff needed; electronics, wind vane, solar, and lots of snazzy, efficient running rigging. Looks like a sweet single handed cruiser.

Looks like a wood-less Shannon 28.

Even has a Solent. Looks very thoughtfully set up.

Thanks, Definitely the Shannon 28 but somebody really did a good job of refitting her to be high quality and low maintenance. I would thought she was a 2000' or newer boat now.
