The attempts by various governments national and regional to fight this have been notable and inevitably merely holding actions; the "two weeks to flatten the curve" a valid argument on matching rates to resources, but invalid in that it was not presented honestly.

This is not surprising, nor is it really necessarily problematic. but merely poetic justice. Those who have wailed and gnashed their teeth about the behaviors of the herd, while hypocritically waiving the behaviors of their selected "social justice" and other cohorts have lost the privilege to preach and while they have ostensibly foregone the privileges of normal society while denying them to the plebeians, with exceptions as noted at various gatherings of the potentates, they now get the payback of less immunity.

I don't believe there is evidence that there is selective vulnerability to current Covid variants due to OAS at this point.

All evidence is ADE is not happening with COVID. To make a claim of ADE now after 12 billion people have been shot over 2+ years is dumb and stupid. So typical republican.

OAS is the body fighting like it trains. If exposed to an antigen it does what worked last time. This can sometimes make immunizing against variants hard, but we really have not seen that with SARS-COV2

Do we see huge COVID outbreaks on all those tightly packed hot European countries that actually got vaccinated? NOPE!
Asian countries? NOPE!
