Cancel that it is Lewes, Delaware
Yeah - the two are easily confused.
It is indeed Lewes, Delaware which was the the site of the first European settlement in Delaware, a whaling and trading post that Dutch settlers founded on June 3, 1631, and named Zwaanendal (Swan Valley). The colony had a short existence, as a local tribe of Native Americans wiped out the 32 settlers in 1632.
Lewes Yacht Club hosted the Sunfish Worlds in 2013. Two of the clues were screenshots from these videos.

My two sons and I all sailed in the 1995 Sunfish North Americans in Lewes.

Over to you @chrishampe

Black Lab in background... must be Martha's Vineyard.
LOL. The dog could be a clue to the identity of its famous owner, one of the three people in the picture.

But no, it's not Martha's Vineyard.

The three people in the picture have had outstanding careers in their respective fields. Identifying any of them would be a good step towards solving the mystery.

Sailing Anarchists obviously don't circulate in the rarefied echelons of famous people or those who stand out in their fields. Though these people appear to be standing on a beach, not in a field. And the third (outstanding though not famous, unless it's their dog) person does not seem to have any readily identifiable tattoos on his (or her) out-of-focus arm. Makes me want to post that submarine picture again. Or perhaps one of a sunset that I took while on vacation somewhere. Then, if I said what the date and time were, it could be geolocated by the angles of the shadows.

Well one of the "fields" is sailing. You would think that a couple of Olympic gold medals would make one recognizable on a sailing forum.

And even sailors go to the movies sometimes don't they?

The arm is not much use by itself. If I showed the face, it would totally give away the location.

Which one is the famous sailor?
The famous sailor is on our right. Her companion is an Oscar winning actress who starred in what was the the highest grossing movie ever at the time. They have just been sailing a race in Hobie Getaways against a famous man who owns the location in the Carribean where the photo was taken. I have dropped a quote from the popular movie and given you a clue to the first name of the two time Olympic gold medallist sailor. The mystery photo is a clip from a video about the race which is out there on the web.

Surely this is easier than anonymous sheds?
