Winner winner... It's from the 2019 International Island Games at Gibraltar (http://www.gibraltar2019.com/sports/sailing/). Back in the 90s I was stationed at the Navy base in Rota Spain a couple hours away and our 470 sailing team would sometimes go to Gib for races with the Royal Navy sailors and vice versa. It's one of the most picturesque places I've ever sailed.
