Hmmm, which communities are underserved in America? White ones or those of color? You know what's interesting about poor communities? White ones fair better than those of color. Harris spoke of all the undeserved. She pointed out communities of color also. Because there IS a difference and that difference is how disaster aid is distributed. Again, why are you triggered when people of color have access to things you have been privileged to your entire life?
